40-Hour Peer Support Training
This state-approved 40-hour class is designed for individuals who want to become certified peer supporters. It meets all the requirements set by the Montana Board of Behavioral Health for application for the Certified Behavioral Health Peer Support Specialist (CBHPSS) license. Tuition ($850) is covered by the MSU Office of Rural Health and the Area Health Education Center (MORH & AHEC) thanks to HRSA funding.
If you can't attend, please let us know before Feburary 28th, so we can open the slot to another student.
Attendees must attend all days to complete and receive a certificate of completion.
Travel Reimbursement is available through grant funding through MORH & AHEC for those who need it (i.e., Mileage and/or hotel).
